The Lone Drone aka. Chelsea

I love food. I’ve been told that I’ll eat almost anything. And, yes, I’ll eat almost anything. I like to try new things in my own kitchen – new foods, new techniques, new flavors. If I won the lottery tomorrow I’d love to travel the world and try every cuisine it has to offer.

But, a girl’s gotta work. Once upon a time I worked from home full time. And though I’m not so much of a lone drone these days – I am working for a great organization in Miami, in a building full of great people working toward an even greater cause. But I’ve had a taste of the good life and I want more. One day I want to be working for myself, whether that’s at home or not. Until then, like I said, a girl’s gotta work.
